By purchasing any product from MoonbeamSoyCandles.com you are agreeing to all terms, prices and shipping rates. We will send you an Invoice before your order is processed. You must respond to the email and state that you agree that the Invoice for the Order is accurate and complete. All charges on the Invoice will be the amount we will charge your Credit Card, or have submitted via Check or Money Order.
Return Policy - We are dedicated to providing you with a top quality accurately formulated soy candle. We guarantee that our candles are made from pure soy wax, premium fragrances and dyes (if dyes are used). If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us. We will do what we can to make it right. You may return an item within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange of same product. For candle returns, we request no more than 10% of the product is used. Contact us first! We will not accept returns unless you have contacted us first to receive a Return Authorization number. Once you have this number, send your invoice and the product in the original packaging to us at the address provided.
We are unable to refund any shipping charges, but will not charge additional shipping on replacement items. Your credit card will be credited the refund amount once we have received the return and authorized it. Please allow up to 4 weeks for the refund to post.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
When a customer requests special fragrance, style or other custom requests, we are unable to accept any
Return on the products. Refunds will not be issued to the customer on Custom Orders. If the products sent
to the Customer are dramatically different than what was originally described, we will try to come to an
agreement to satisfy both parties. Requesting a refund via the Credit Card company and/or making false
claims to the Credit Card company about the original order being placed will be confirmed with all
correspondence and order details and handled accordingly. We keep all records for every transaction for our
safety as well as the customer's. If you are unsure of an order, please do not hesitate to talk with us, or do
not place the order at all.
International Orders - If you are located outside of the United States and would like to purchase our products we will be able to help you, please contact us as our shopping cart does not offer international ordering. International Shippings charges will be higher than US Domestic shipping rates. We will acquire shipping quote from UPS or a similar freight carrier and inform you of the charge before your order is processed and submitted. A written confirmation will be necessary to process the order.

We take every effort in preventing and resolving any problems that may arise. We try our best to write
accurate descriptions for our products and provide pictures of our products for you to view before making
a decision to purchase.

Colors: We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors and designs of the products shown on our website. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor and degree of lighting, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be the true color of the product.
