Damaged Merchandise and Insurance - We here at MSC take great care in packaging your order. However, damages due to shipping services are out of our control. If you receive a damaged package please keep the packaging as the shipping carrier will want to see it. Contact us immediately via E-mail and include your order number and list the damage. We will follow up with the shipping carrier and try to resolve ASAP. This must be done within the first 24 hours of receiving the shipment. If no contact is made, we assume that it arrived safely.
Return Policy - We are dedicated to providing you with a top quality accurately formulated soy candle. We guarantee that our candles are made from pure soy wax, premium fragrances and dyes (if dyes are used). If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us. We will do what we can to make it right. You may return an item within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange of same product. For candle returns, we request no more than 10% of the product is used. Contact us first! We will not accept returns unless you have contacted us first to receive a Return Authorization number. Once you have this number, send your invoice and the product in the original packaging to us at the address provided.
We are unable to refund any shipping charges, but will not charge additional shipping on replacement items. Your credit card will be credited the refund amount once we have received the return and authorized it. Please allow up to 4 weeks for the refund to post.
